Since 1998 while at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, he extensively researched real estate investment trusts (REITs) and the U.S. real estate market. Later, as a financial
advisor at Morgan Keegan and PNC Investments, Will advised clients on equity and debt investments, lending and guidance on wealth management issues.
His twenty-year professional background includes financial services, commercial real estate brokerage and property management. Will has significant investment knowledge and a thorough understanding of both real estate analysis and property operations. From a generational perspective, he understands income property from family’s commercial real estate holdings. Will’s wealth management background combined with real estate brokerage provides him a unique and valuable skill set to advise clients on income real estate.
Former licensure with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) included the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination and Series 66-Uniform Combined State Law Examination and the NFA Series 31-Managed Funds Exam. Professional financial service coursework from the Cannon Financial Institute in Memphis, Tennessee (Mortgage Keegan, 2003). He currently holds an active license as a real estate principal broker.

Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He has over 10 years of experience as an Executive at a publicly traded REIT operating primarily in the hospitality sector. He
was involved in all facets including operations, acquisition/disposition (1031 exchanges), private placements / syndications, revenue management, feasibility studies and receivership.
He has an extensive background in commercial real estate investment including hospitality, mini storage, multi family, industrial, retail, office and vacant land. Christopher was the point of contact for over 2,000 public investors and 1,000 private accredited investors. Through detailed feasibility studies, he successfully restructured and renovated over $82 million in hospitality assets as well as raised over $25 million in private equity through 8 highly successful syndications.
Christopher is especially proud to have built long-lasting relationships working closely with owners, operators and accredited investors by surpassing expectations.
